🌿 1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if:

The item is unused and in its original condition
All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
You have proof of purchase (order number/invoice)

🌸 2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Used or worn bracelets
Products damaged after delivery
Custom-made or personalized items
Items without original packaging

💎 3. Return Process

To start a return:

Email us
Share your order number + a photo of the product
Our team will confirm your return request
You will need to ship the item back to us at your own cost

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund.

💰 4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection
Shipping charges are non-refundable

🔁 5. Exchanges

If you want a different product/size, you can request an exchange within 7 days.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.

📦 6. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives:

defective
or incorrect

Send us photos within 48 hours, and we’ll replace it free of cost.
